The dates for this year’s Pig Snout are September 10 through September 13. Location remains the same as last year.
2025
We had a double winner in 2025.
In the Beverage competition Grant McAuliffe is the reigning champion with his Mocktail Entry – Tanqueray 0.0% Gin and Tonic
In the Appetizer competition, Grant McAuliffe is also the reigning champion for his Dip Entry: Baked Broccoli and Cheese Dip.
2026
As specified in the Pig Snout Bylaws “Winning entrants shall announce the upcoming year’s tasting categories within 90 days of the conclusion of the current year’s competition”.
Grant has chosen two categories for 2026. An appetizer as one tasting and dessert as the second choice. No further stipulations so this will be wide open.

Can we make it a beverage, and an app or dessert in the future?
In my opinion the winner can pick any category they choose. I think 2 categories should be the maximum, but at the annual meeting the subject could be addressed.
Maybe define the categories (ex., something other than main courses)?
